Black Design was hired by Harbert Realty to renovate an existing two story building downtown to its former exterior glory as well as update the interior to accommodate new office space. The building is divided into 3 new tenant spaces and provides a modern interior with a historically accurate exterior. The design team worked with the Owner and Historical Review Committee to keep as much of the existing interior elements and character while bringing the building up to code and providing a new vibrant space to work.
