Black Design was hired by Harbert Realty to restore a two-story building downtown to its former exterior glory and update the interior to create new office space. The building now has three tenant spaces and features a modern interior with a historically accurate exterior. The design team collaborated with the owner and the Historical Review Committee to preserve as much of the existing interior elements and character as possible while bringing the building up to code and creating a vibrant new workspace.
