Jarrell Distributing Co. Building

This project involves applying for State and National Historical tax credits to revitalize the interior and exterior of this building which was originally a beer distribution facility. With its existing vaulted truss interior and simple and clean exterior, this building is a perfect restoration project. We transformed this building into office space and added off-street parking and outdoor patio space for the new tenants.
