Jarrell Distributing Co. Building

This project involved applying for State and National Historical tax credits to revitalize the interior and exterior of this building, which was originally a beer distribution facility. With its existing vaulted-truss interior and simple, clean exterior, this building is an ideal restoration project. We transformed it into office space and added off-street parking along with outdoor patio space for the new tenants.
