Black Design was hired by Harbert Realty to restore a two-story building's exterior in downtown Birmingham and to update the interior into three new tenant office spaces with a modern feel and a historically accurate exterior. We collaborated with the owner and the city’s Historical Review Committee to preserve interior elements and character, ensure code compliance, and create a vibrant workspace.
